The NHS has a range of services available for people in need of mental health services ranging from urgent help and psychological therapies to self-help. These services are accessible to anyone in the UK and can be accessed by visiting: Mental health - NHS (www.nhs.uk) 

Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing mental health problems. They offer emergency advice and crisis resources and empowerment through their Infoline and Legal Line services. If you need help visit the Mind website  

Samaritans offer a round the clock helpline for anyone struggling with mental health issues or suicidal thoughts. In the wake of the cost of living crisis after the pandemic, the number of calls received by Samaritans has drastically increased.
