Data & Record Retention 

In order to deliver services to our communities and local businesses we need to collect a wide range of data.  Some of that data and information we derived from it, needs to be kept as part of our official records, either due to compliance with certain legislation or business needs.

We endeavour to keep our records only for the agreed duration of time as specified in our Retention Schedule, and delete or dispose of redundant information in a secure manner.
