Data transparency

The Data Transparency Code for Local Authorities encourages councils to regularly publish public information (or data) to increase their transparency and accountability. The documents below are all requirements of the code, and are updated regularly.

Parking data

Data on income and expenditure on parking.  Waverley Borough Council only operates off-street parking. All on-street parking in the borough is operated by Guildford Borough Council on behalf on Surrey County Council.

Awards and grants

Thriving Communities Commissioning Fund

The Thriving Communities Commissioning Fund provides funding to not for profit organisations to deliver specific services or activities that support people living in Waverley who have higher needs, who are more vulnerable or who are disadvantaged.  

All funding for the period April 2022 – March 2025 has been allocated. Local organisations applied for funding towards local activities and services for local people. Organisations sign a funding agreement.
