Housing Delivery Action Plan

The Housing Delivery Test was published on 13 February 2020 and Waverley achieved a result of 85%.  As the result was lower than 95% the Council is required to prepare a Housing Delivery Action Plan (HDAP).

The purpose of this document is to identify the reasons for under-delivery of housing within Waverley Borough and explore the ways to reduce the risk of further under-delivery over the forthcoming year and sets out measures for improving the levels of housing delivery in the Borough.
