How the Housing Options team can help

We provide free information and advice about your housing rights and other issues if you are homeless or threatened with homelessness in 56 days. 

The type of help we can offer you will depend on your circumstances but we will always try to help you remain in your home or secure an alternative.

  • During office hours, Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.45pm, call 01483 523188  
  • Someone is usually available to speak to you for up to 15 minutes during office hours. Please leave a message if you can't get through and we will call you back.

  • We will take reasonable steps to help you if we are satisfied you are homeless or threatened with homelessness in 56 days.  
  • To do this we may need to gather information  to establish the facts of your situation.  We will ask for your consent to do this.
