Flexible tenants conversion

All flexible tenants were sent a paper copy of the conversion agreement in the post but not everyone has returned these. 

If you are still a flexible tenant let us know you would like to convert:

All tenants in senior living accommodation have secure tenancies.

Everyone else – if you became a tenant with Waverley prior to September 2014 you are a secure tenant. If you became a tenant after September 2014 you are a flexible tenant. If you are still unsure email HousingManagementTeam@Waverley.gov.uk

I have recieved a letter telling me my tenancy type has changed from flexible to secure. Do I still need to fill in the form?

No, you are now a secure tenant.
