Brightwells Yard is a major regeneration project in the heart of Farnham
Located on the former East Street site, the development brings new life to the town centre with 239 homes, 25 commercial units for shops and restaurants, a six-screen cinema, a multi-storey car park, and landscaped public open spaces for everyone to enjoy.
New homes
The homes at Brightwells Yard are now built and mostly occupied, with around 90% already sold. They include a mix of energy-efficient 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, including affordable shared ownership homes. The homes are managed by the developer Crest Nicholson.

Shops and restaurants
The commercial units have been completed, and Nando’s, Monte Forte, and Pirate's Landing are open next to the six screen Reel Cinema, a Pilates studio and a gym.
The units are owned and managed by Surrey County Council. If you're interested in leasing one of the units, you can find more information here:

Multi-storey car park
The multi-storey car park, currently managed by Surrey County Council, will soon undergo essential final works, including changes to lighting and signage. Once the works are complete, Waverley Borough Council will take over management of the car park.
The new council-run car park will have 183 public spaces and is located just off the A325 (postcode GU9 7UD). It will offer accessible parking bays (for Blue Badge holders), electric vehicle charging points, and parent and toddler bays.
