The Planning Inspector has agreed to holding a session on Tuesday 23 January, open to anyone who would have wished to attend or participated earlier in proceedings.

The session will start at 10am and will be held via Zoom - details below.

No time slots will be allocated in advance, the Inspector will set out the arrangements at the virtual meeting itself (including in terms of order of appearances). There are no set time limits, though he asks that any statements are succinct or to the point, recognising that he has already read all the representations before him.

The Inspector has also explained that he will accept written statements from any individual who is unable to attend the virtual session but still wants to submit their position in writing.
