Leasehold extensions

If you are thinking about extending your lease you will need to check with a solicitor to see if you are eligible for a lease extension. We are unable to provide this information for you. 

Process

If you are eligible and wish to proceed 

• your solicitor will need to prepare a notice on your behalf and serve it to us
• we then appoint an independent surveyor to undertake the valuation and calculate the premium for the lease extension 
• we then follow a statutory timeline for completion. 

You are responsible for paying all our legal and surveyor fees.
