Management pack (LPE1)

Management packs provide prospective purchasers with information about the property and how it is managed. This includes:

  • contact details for the landlord i.e. the freeholder of the building
  • who is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of communal areas
  • historic annual ground rent and service charge information
  • proposed future repair and maintenance costs
  • insurance costs for the building
  • permission for previous alterations and any breach of lease

Request a management pack

Leaseholders must ask their solicitor to request the pack from us by emailing homeownership@waverley.gov.uk

We can only discuss your request with one person due to number of requests we receive. If you have any queries they must come via your solicitor. 

Any new queries once the pack has been provided must be in regard to the information already given. 

Waverley charges a fee of £291.70 for this work.

This fee is reviewed in April each year.

Once payment is received, the pack will be provided within 25 working days.
