Dunsfold Parish By-election Thursday 5 June

A by-election to fill the vacancy on Dunsfold Parish Council will take place on Thursday 5 June 2025.

Poll cards will not be issued for this by-election. This is because poll cards are optional at parish elections and Dunsfold Parish Council have chosen not to send them.

If you are a registered elector and normally vote at the polling station, you can vote at the polling station in this by-election. All voters at the polling station must show an accepted form of photographic identification.

If you have applied for a postal vote, your postal vote will be sent to you on 22 May.

Important deadlines for Thursday 5 June

If you are not currently registered, you need to register to vote by Monday 19 May.

If you are unable to attend the polling station on polling day you need to apply for a postal vote by 5pm Tuesday 20 May. Alternatively, you could apply for a proxy vote by 5pm Wednesday 28 May.

To amend an existing postal vote you will need to reapply by 5pm Tuesday 20 May. If you would like to cancel your postal vote you will need to email electoralservices@waverley.gov.uk by 5pm Tuesday 20 May.

If you plan to vote at the polling station and you don't have accepted photo ID, you can apply for a free voter ID document, which is known as a Voter Authority Certificate by 5pm Wednesday 28 May.
