Elstead and Weyburn Neighbourhood Plan

A formal application was made by Elstead and Peper Harow Parish Councils to designate the Neighbourhood Area and was publicised in accordance with the relevant regulations. No adverse comments were received. On 9 June 2015 we designated Elstead Parish and the Weyburn site within Peper Harow Parish as a Neighbourhood Area.

Decision Statement

On 19 April 2024 we issued a decision statement which confirmed that the council accepts all of the independent examiner’s recommendations and that the Elstead & Weyburn Neighbourhood Plan can proceed to referendum.

Examination

The Elstead and Weyburn Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted for independent examination.

We have appointed Mr Andrew Ashcroft BA (Hons) MA, DMS, MRTPI to undertake the independent examination.
