What will the online workshop cover?

We invite you to an online workshop delivered by John Gargan who has over 40 years’ experience in public sector housing, including over 30 years in leasehold management and home ownership.

John was formerly a senior manager with a leading London ALMO, responsible for the management and development of services to homeowners and has been an independent consultant for the last 13 years. John has a track record of working constructively and inclusively with leaseholders to achieve positive service developments.

This workshop will help leaseholders understand their tenure.

• The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act
