Email forms

For those properties where the DWP have matched electors' details against their records and we already have your email address, you'll receive your form via email between July and September. The form will be sent from electoral.services.waverley.borough.council@notifications.service.gov.uk

If we have an e-mail address for more than one person in the property, each individual person will receive an e-mail. Only one response per household is required.

The e-mail will ask you:

Paper forms

If we do not receive a response to our initial email correspondence or we do not hold an email address for an individual at the property, a paper canvass form will be sent to you in October.

The form will be addressed to ‘The Occupier’ and will contain the details of all those in the household who are registered to vote. Where a property has no registered electors, the form will be blank.

You will only need to respond if the information has changed. If there are changes to be made, please visit the Household response website

Invitations to Register

Where names are added of eligible individuals not currently registered to vote, we will send them each an Invitation to Register form. Alternatively, they can register to vote online, it only takes five minutes.
