The inquiry will start at 10am on Tuesday 10 March 2026 and is anticipated to run for 4 to 5 days across 10, 11, 12, 18 and 19 March 2026.
The inquiry is scheduled to open at 10am on 10 March 2026. Due to the availability of counsel for the appellant it was agreed that on day one once the inquiry was open it would adjourn to the accompanied site inspection on day one. This would be followed by an initial conditions session in the afternoon with planning witnesses and any interested parties.

On 12 December 2024, the Government published a revised National Planning Policy Framework (the Framework 2024). The Framework 2024, amongst other things, was accompanied by a written ministerial statement (WMS) and updates to Planning Practice Guidance (PPG).
