Coronavirus - national lockdown measures in place

New measures came into place across England on 5 November to help protect people, businesses and the NHS and prevent the spread of Covid-19.

Riverside 3 Car Park in Farnham to close

Riverside 3 Car Park in Farnham, will be closed from 7pm on Friday 20 November to enable a Local Test Site to be established for Coronavirus testing.

Limited testing will be available at the site from Saturday 28 November, with full-time testing (8am – 8pm, 7 days a week) scheduled to begin on Monday 30 November. It is anticipated that the site will continue to be used for COVID testing for three to six months.

Walk-through testing will be available to all those with COVID-19 symptoms, but must be pre-booked online. 

You must enter the site on foot – parking will still be available at other nearby car parks, such as Riverside 2.

Those with COVID symptoms should book a test by visiting or call the NHS on 119.

The main symptoms of coronavirus are a high temperature, a new, continuous cough and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. Most people with coronavirus have at least one of these symptoms.
