Waverley Borough Council has been working with Thames Water to address the water outage in Haslemere.
Across their supply zones, Thames Water are pumping an extra 450 million litres of water into the network – a 17 per cent increase. However during peak times customers are experiencing low water pressure due to the water not being able to move around the network quickly enough.
As the warm weather is set to continue Thames Water are encouraging people to Be water smart.
