Help getting online

Internet for all

Digital inclusion means ensuring that everyone can access the internet. We want to make sure everyone can get online easily and with confidence.

Do you avoid using the internet because:

  • You don’t know how?
  • The equipment and/or data is too expensive?
  • You have a poor or slow connection?
  • You’re worried about scams?

As a result, you may find yourself missing out on:

  • Banking and financial support
  • Online shopping
  • The best deals on things like energy, mobile and broadband offers
  • Learning and job opportunities
  • Access to services
  • Contact with friends and family
  • Better prices

Here are some links that you may find of use, either for yourself, or for friends, family or those you support.
