Update April 2023

To our valued customers:

We offer our sincere apologies that delays in processing some applications has meant that we have not been able to meet the service level we strive for.

Our planning officers are continuing to work through a backlog of applications and are addressing the issues that have prevented us from delivering our service in a timely manner.

A plan of improvement is in progress to help officers better manage communications, message delivery and caseloads.
