Surrey Building Control Awards

Surrey Building Control Awards gold star on black bokeh background

The aim of these new awards is to recognise and reward some of the best projects and people Surrey’s Local Authority Building Control (LABC) teams have worked with.

Surrey LABC recognises that excellent working relationships between all members of a project team are one of the keys to its success - from submission of plans through to completion of work on site.

As local authority teams provide the building control service for the majority of building projects across Surrey, we see many great examples of the highest standards of work and levels of compliance with the building regulations. These awards celebrate local people who care passionately about the work they produce and who go above and beyond for their customers!

The 2023 Awards are now closed - we had a very successful inaugral event!  If you have project that will complete in 2023 you can submit your nomination early next year when the awards re-open.
