Planning applications website - essential maintenance

Due to essential maintenance, the Planning applications website (Planning 360) is unavailable between 5pm on Friday 26 April and 6am on Monday 29 April. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The latest weekly lists of planning applications remain available to view in the meantime.

Errors in Garden Waste Renewal Letters

Due to an administrative error several duplicate garden waste renewal letters have been sent out to service subscribers. If you do receive a duplicate letter, and have already renewed your garden waste subscription, please ignore it. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

You will receive a revised bill once we update your account. If you have a current business rates bill, please continue to pay as outlined on that notice until you receive your revised demand. If you overpay, we will refund you when we update your account.
