Spend mood boosting time with your mates!

FREE training and event for 7-16 year-olds.

The Specsavers Surrey Youth Games is the largest multi-sport youth programme of its kind in the South East, offering FREE local training for 7–16-year-olds, leading to a final celebratory event for the whole family.

The Games are for beginners who may not ordinarily get the chance to attend clubs or have been put off by the thought of competing against others. The focus is on joining in, having a go, and having fun to learn new skills and boost confidence.

Free training starts after Easter across the county's boroughs and districts with all teams coming together for a family-friendly event at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford on Saturday 17 June 2023.

With fun local sessions available locally across a range of eight activities from street basketball to boccia (a type of seated bowls for those with additional needs), young people can spend mood-boosting time with their mates.

Parents can find out more and register via https://www.activesurrey.com/SYG or search their local council’s website for “Specsavers Surrey Youth Games”.
