Mr John Slater BA (Hons), DMS, MRTPI undertook an independent examination of the Ewhurst and Ellens Green Neighbourhood Plan.
We received Mr Slater's report on the examination of the Ewhurst and Ellens Green Neighbourhood Plan on 29 March 2022
On 29 April 2022 we issued a decision statement which sets out that we accept all of the independent examiner's recommendations and that the Ewhurst and Ellens Green Neighbourhood Plan could proceed to a referendum
A successful referendum was held on 30 June 2022 - full results of the referendum
