  1. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Council Offices, the Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR, during the times stated below.
  2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR between the hours of 10am and 4pm by appointment only, on any working day after the date of this notice but no later than 4 pm on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.
  3. If the election is contested the poll will take place on Tuesday, 7 July 2026.
  4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Friday 19 June 2026. Applications can be made online: Register to Vote
  5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR by 5pm on Monday, 22 June 2026.Applications can be made online: Postal Vote Application
