Missed bin collections

Earlier collection times this week (from 25/05/26)

Due to the forecast hot weather, our waste collection crews will be starting earlier than usual at 5am this week. This applies to all collections.

Please ensure your bins are presented the night before where possible. Thank you for your understanding.

You can check the status of your bin collections and report missed collections online. You will need to put in your postcode only, then click on find address.

Missed bins must be reported within 3 working days of the collection including the collection day.
