We’re sorry essential maintenance to our planning software is causing delays in checking and registering new planning and related applications.

We are currently working about two weeks behind from the date we receive applications. Some system restrictions are still in place, and we are working to fix these as quickly as possible.

We are making every effort to keep work moving and reduce the backlog. However, we cannot yet give a timeframe for when the service will return to normal.
