Careline Service transfer successfully completed

Waverley Borough Council is pleased to confirm that the transfer of its Careline service to specialist provider Taking Care has now been successfully completed.

The move ensures that Careline customers continue to receive the same trusted 24-hour emergency response and support service, with no interruption to service and no increase in cost.

We would like to thank our Careline users, their families and carers for their patience, understanding and support throughout the transfer process. We recognise how important the service is to those who rely on it and appreciate the trust customers have placed in us and our new provider during this transition.

Customers can be reassured that Careline remains available around the clock, providing the same reliable support that helps people maintain their independence and feel safe in their own homes.

If you are an existing customer and have any questions about the service, need support, please contact 0800 012 1321  or to find out more visit our webpage Careline Personal Alarms | Waverley Borough Council.

Thank you once again to all our Careline customers and their families for your continued support.
