You will need to give us the address of the property and the date of the charge registration. 

How much do copies of documents cost? 

Fees for documents are prescribed under the Local Land Charges Rules 1977 and calculated according to the time and work involved.

Our fees are:

  • Section 52, 106, 33, 38 and 278 agreements: £17.40
  • Tree Preservation Orders: £17.40
  • Listed Building Registration: £17.40
  • Enforcement Notices: £17.40
  • Article 4 Directions: £17.40
  • Any other land charge documents: £17.40.
