Building Control fees and how to pay

Fees

View our fees

If you are unsure of the fee or where the scope of work if not listed for example, for multiple types of building work or larger/complicated projects the fee will need to be advised to you. When you submit your application, select the 'Contact us for the fee' option and we will review the details and email you.

How to pay

You can pay the fee:

  • when you submit the application online via the Planning Portal - you will be redirected to our payments page
  • using our Building Control online payment form (For use when you have received confirmation of the fee)
  • online (to pay an invoice)
  • by calling the team on 01483 523323
