Book an inspection for building control

Find out when you need a Building Control inspection and how to book online, by email, on the LABC App or by phone. Includes guidance and video support to help you prepare for your visit.

When to book an inspection

Contact us by 4pm the working day before you want us to visit, and we can generally do the next day. We inspect Monday to Friday during the daytime.

We will prioritise certain inspections, like foundations, concrete and oversite as they are critical stages we need to see.

How to book an inspection
