View your rent account online

You can view your rent account online with My Account.

How to sign up

  1. Register your details on our resident portal.
  2. Login to the resident portal. 
  3. Click on My Accounts. Here you will need to enter your 10 digit rent account number and the surname of the lead tenant on your tenancy.    Your rent account number is the 10 digit reference beginning with 500 that is on your rent statement.  If you cannot find this contact the Rent Accounts Team.  Telephone 01483 523520 or email rents@waverley.gov.uk
