Pay housing rent

Your rent is due on Mondays. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.  You need to pay your rent in advance. View our Rent Account Policy for more information.

To pay your rent you will need your rent account number.

This is the 10 digit number on your rent statement beginning with 500.

The easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit.

  •  You can set up a weekly or monthly direct debit on any working day of the week.
  •  Fortnightly and four weekly direct debits are set up for a Friday.
