1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR, between the hours of 9.30am and 4pm by appointment only,  on any working day from Wednesday 13 March until 4pm on Wednesday 20 March 2024.

2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR, during the times stated above.

3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 18 April 2024   

4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 2 April 2024. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Council Offices, The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR by 5pm on Wednesday 3 April 2024. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote
