Have your say on plans for Aarons Hill Recreation Ground

Residents are being invited to help shape the future of Aarons Hill Recreation Ground as Waverley Borough Council launches a public consultation on plans to improve the popular community greenspace.

The council has secured funding to deliver significant improvements to the recreation ground, including the construction of a new bespoke skate and bike park facility, alongside enhancements designed to benefit people of all ages and abilities.

The investment forms part of Waverley's commitment to creating healthier, happier communities by providing accessible, inclusive and high-quality recreational opportunities close to where people live.

We want to hear from local residents, park users, young people, families and community groups about what improvements they would like to see and how the recreation ground can become a more welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.

The feedback gathered will help inform the development of the project and ensure the improvements reflect the needs and aspirations of the local community.

Residents can take part in the consultation by completing the online survey before 6pm on Sunday 23 August 2026 at  www.waverley.gov.uk/aaronshill.
