- divorce or separation
- a legal name change

You may need to upload evidence, such as a marriage certificate or deed poll document.

- someone has moved in or out

Let us know if the way your property is used has changed. This may affect your Council Tax band or the amount you need to pay.
Tell us if:
- your property has been split into flats
- two properties have been combined
- you’ve started or stopped using the property as a second home
- the property is now empty or unfurnished
- major structural changes have been made the property
- is no longer your main home
Some changes may need to be assessed by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
