Early bin collections

With prolonged warm weather forecast across Waverley, our collection crews will be starting rounds earlier than usual to avoid the hottest part of the day. Please ensure your bins are out as early as possible, preferably the evening before your scheduled collection.

Got a rubbish issue? Report it online. Most get fixed in three working days.

Bin not emptied? Check your postcode first. Report it if missed, but only within three days of collection day. Put bins out by 6am with lids closed.

You can replace a damaged bin with a new one and when your new bin is delivered, contact us to arrange collection of the damaged bin.

Fly-tipping

Rubbish dumped illegally on roads or council land? Please report the incident and include photos. We will clear up the rubbish within three days. In some cases, this may take longer for dangerous material like asbestos.

If you are carrying out DIY or home improvements on your property, please ensure you use a licensed company or you could receive a fine if we identify a fly-tip is yours.
