Amended pre-application discount eligibility

If you are submitting an amended pre-application within six months of Waverley Borough Council's advice being issued, you may be eligible for a 50% discount of the amended pre-applications fee.

Eligibility for the discount is considered if all the following criteria are met:

• The previous pre-application must be of the same service level
• The previous pre-application must have had advice issued by Waverley Borough Council within the last six calendar months
• The proposal of the amended pre-application must be amended to reflect the advice issued by Waverley Borough Council.

Eligibility will be considered upon receiving the amended pre-application and the complete payment. If deemed eligible, we will acknowledge the discount by email and process a refund for 50% of the fee paid within seven days of receiving initial payment.
