Six buildings have been shortlisted in the new build category and are therefore eligible for the People's Choice Award. It is now up to you to determine who wins!
All buildings have been completed between 1 April 2009 and 31 March 2011 and include two new dwellings, a woodland studio, a commercial development, a garden building and a campsite building.
If you do vote, you will also be entered into a draw to win two tickets to the Design Awards Ceremony which is taking place in Farnham, in December.
