Loving Ladymead Cottages

New tenants are delighted with their new family homes at 1-4 Ladymead Cottages at Wonersh.

Designed by Nye Saunders Architects and built by Gee Construction Limited the new two two-bedroom houses and two three-bedroom houses are well insulated making them energy efficient to run.

The Mayor of Waverley, Councillor Mike Band, who welcomed new tenants to their homes, was  impressed with the way the land had been used to replace Ladymead, a former hostel for homeless families, with four new family homes.

Efran and Maria Dollete moved from Cranleigh with their two children. They are one of four families who have moved from elsewhere in the borough.
