Free, expert advice for growing businesses in Waverley

Free, one-to-one business growth clinics are being held throughout November for Waverley businesses that are ambitious to start up, grow or explore new markets, increase their workforce or develop innovation.

As part of Waverley Borough Council’s commitment to support a strong, resilient local economy, Waverley has arranged for highly experienced business mentors from the EM3 LEP Growth Hub to offer bespoke support and advice to limited companies in Farnham, Cranleigh, Godalming, Haslemere and surrounding villages.

The confidential clinics are being held in person at Waverley Borough Council in Godalming on 10, 17 and 24 November.

Councillor Liz Townsend, Waverley’s portfolio holder for economic development says: “These clinics are being held as part of a business month of activities. They offer a valuable opportunity for businesses to tap into a wide variety of expertise from dedicated growth champions. Places are limited so I urge anybody who has plans to grow their business in 2022 to take up the offer of an appointment at one of the clinics.”

The project is fully funded to help drive business growth in Waverley. To express an interest in taking part in a business growth clinic, you can email or call 01483 478098.

Smaller businesses and start-ups in Waverley can also access free advice and support from Enterprise South. More information can be found at the website
