Godalming Key Site application refused

The application to develop the Godalming Key Site has been unanimously refused.
The Joint Planning Committee met on Tuesday 23 February to determine the application for land between Flambard Way, Catteshall Lane and Woolsack Way, which is known as Godalming Key Site.
The application was submitted by Flambard Developments Limited and was for the erection of 182 residential units, 1.375 sqm of commercial floorspace and accommodation for Surrey Police Authority together with associated highway, access and landscape works.
