Building Notice application form
This form should be used if you intend to carry out building work, which requires an application under the Building Regulations. Only use this form if you do not have plans of the proposed work or do not want them checked before starting building.
Full Plans online application form
This form should be used if you intend to carry out building work which requires an application under the Building Regulations. Use this form if you want your plans of the proposed work to be checked before starting building. Guidance notes attached.
Regularisation application form
This form should be used if you have carried out unauthorised building work on or after 11th November 1985, and you wish to regularise the work. You should use this form to give details of the location of the property and describe the works.
Dangerous structures online form
Use this form to tell us of dangerous structures. If it is an emergency, please call us on 01483 523323 (during office hours) or 02392 242 161 (Out of normal office hours).
Demolition Notice - Section 80
This form should be used if you intend to demolish a building or part of a building.
