Business Premises
Available Business Premises Register
The register is as comprehensive and accurate as possible and is updated regularly. It is compiled from information provided by local and national estate agents, and enquiries concerning particular premises should be addressed, in the first instance, to the agent or agents dealing with the property. An entry in the register does not imply the existence of relevant Planning, Building Regulation or other consent. Any prospective purchaser or occupant should check such details before purchasing or leasing property.
The Register has been divided into three sections; Industrial/Warehouse Premises, Office Premises and Retail Premises. These have been split for further convenience into areas in and around the Borough's four main settlements of Farnham, Godalming, Haslemere and Cranleigh.

Business Parks & Industrial Estates in Waverley
Small business is big business in the UK, and this is especially true in Waverley where 89% of businesses employ less than 10 people. Many of these small businesses are based in the Borough's business parks and industrial estates. These premises offer the advantage of providing flexible and secure accommodation which is perfect for both start-up firms and more established, smaller businesses.
The map shows where the key business parks and industrial estates in Waverley are located.
Waverley also keeps a Register of Business Parks and Industrial Estates which includes details of all the key business parks and industrial estates and provides details of the firms that operate from them. As businesses move and grow all the time, please help us to keep the register up to date by completing this online form to tell us about any changes.
You can also access the list of units that are currently available in the Council's Available Premises Register which can be viewed via the Business Parks Register
