When reporting repairs, we often need to know where certain items are in your home. To make it easier for you to report repairs, please make a note of where these items are in your home.
- Stopcock
- Fuse box
- Gas lever
- Hot water cylinder
- Cold water tank
- Central heating boiler
How to report repairs during normal office hours
Please report repairs promptly. Do not delay or the situation might worsen causing you upset and distress as well as inconvenience.
To help us arrange the repair quickly, when you submit a form, email or write to us, please remember to include your daytime contact phone number(s) and precise information about what needs repairing, including the location. or

You can report repairs in a number of ways:
- Freephone 08009-547548 - For day to day repairs this number will be answered from 8.45am until 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.45am until 4.45pm on Friday. For calls outside of office hours please go to the section below entitled Emergencies outside office hours.

- Fill in and submit the online repair request form.

Appointments
We know that it is important that we carry out repairs at a time that suits you. With this in mind we will offer you an appointment when you contact us.
We have introduced shorter time slots, so that when you make an appointment it causes as little disruption to you as possible.
During weekdays (Monday to Friday) we offer four time slots;
8am to 11am
11am to 2pm
2pm to 5pm
5pm to 8pm.
By arrangement we are also able to offer repair appointments for Saturday mornings between 8am and 12 noon.
