Welcome to the Tenant Participation section of the Waverley website

We recognise that our tenants are all individuals with diverse needs and aspirations. They will want to participate in different ways and to different degrees. We need to make sure everyone has the opportunity to participate at a level that is both comfortable and convenient for them.

We want to involve tenants at all levels within all housing services. Achieving this will lead to meaningful involvement, improved services, better and increased choice for tenants and higher levels of tenant satisfaction.

Tenant participation is about providing a variety of opportunities for tenants to get involved, be consulted and stay informed.
