Businesses in Waverley are invited to a free seminar at the borough council offices on 17 May to find out how to future proof their businesses.
John Forgan, Director and Chartered Accountant at Kingston Business School, will be leading the seminar – focusing on finance, accounting, tax and more.
This free evening offers an opportunity to stand back from the day to day running of a business and think about what procedures should be considered to successfully grow and manage a business. The seminar offers practical tips and expert guidance for businesses, whether they are starting out or are long established. There is also an opportunity to network with other local businesses.
Councillor Andrew Bolton, Portfolio Holder for Economic Development, said: “The seminar is not only an opportunity to hear about future proofing a business but also a chance to talk to a chartered accountant business advisor and get some advice.”
The event is organised by Waverley Borough Council, Haslemere, Cranleigh, Farnham and Godalming Chambers of Commerce and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
