Get fit and have fun at Godalming Leisure Centre
The new Godalming Leisure Centre has a brand new timetable of classes with new sports and fitness workouts to try.

Choose from a wide range of classes throughout the day and evening, seven days a week.
Group Cycling
New this month is Group Cycling, a fun fast session that takes place in the gym. The 30 or 45 minute class led by an instructor will give you a great cardiovascular workout, whether you are a complete beginner or a serious cyclist.
Aquatic Fitness
An aerobics session that takes place in the pool which is perfect for people looking for a low-impact fitness session to improve stamina, strength, suppleness and cardiovascular fitness. Suitable for all ages and ability.
Studio Classes
There is a wide range of classes on offer in the new air-conditioned studio including:
- Zumba
- Body Conditioning
- Legs, Bums and Tums
- Pilates
- Body balance
- Boxercise
- Body Pump
- Body Attack
50+
If you are over 50 you'll find classes tailored for you such as freestyle dance, fitball, yoga, stretch class and aquarobics. Plus basic aerobics and swimming. You can also take advantage of the fitness and weight management programmes on offer.
Swimming
If you want to get an all-round level of fitness and do not exercise regularly, then swimming is a good place to start. Godalming Leisure Centre has a 25m six-lane swimming pool along with a learner pool and there are various sessions where you can splash around and have fun or swim seriously in lanes, child-free. There are also lessons available for adults and children, either in a group or individually. Gym
The brand new kinetika gym offers an ideal environment to tone, tighten, lose weight, build strength or increase stamina. It features over 50 different stations and includes a cardiovascular area, fixed and free weights, resistance weights and a stretch area. You can pay as you go or take out a membership and save money. Book a free induction (members only) and try it out for yourself.

After a good workout whether it's in a class, the gym or the pool you can have a sauna or simply relax and enjoy a refreshing drink and tasty bite to eat in the stylish cafe and use the free Wi-Fi.
