This summer Waverley is inviting users of Broadwater Park in Farncombe to get creative and join professional graffiti artist Kev Munday to produce a mural masterpiece on an entrance ramp.

The free Graffiti Art Your Park event takes place from 1 – 3 August from 10am to 4pm on all days.

Anyone who uses the park can just turn up for the sessions, meeting by the entrance ramp by the tennis courts.

Councillor Kevin Deanus, responsible for Waverley’s parks and countryside, said: “This is a great opportunity for young people to express themselves and create something to be proud of, in a designated and safe environment.

“Kev Munday has already worked with Waverley to create some fantastic designs in other parks across the borough and this artwork is sure to be just as fantastic.”
