Local Plan Part 1

The Local Plan Part 1: Strategic Policies and Sites (LPP1) sets out the Council's spatial framework for delivering the development and change needed to realise our vision for development in Waverley up to 2032.

LPP1 replaces a number of policies from Local Plan 2002. Some of the Local Plan 2002 policies have been retained until the adoption of Local Plan Part 2.

  • Planning reception at the main Council offices in Godalming (The Burys, Godalming, GU7 1HR). Open Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Godalming, Farnham, Haslemere, Cranleigh and Bramley libraries. Please see www.surreycc.gov.uk/libraries for opening times.

Waverley planning maps

The Waverley planning maps show Local Plan Part 1 policy designations as well as retained Local Plan 2002 designations and neighbourhood plan designations.

The Local Plan documents and adopted policies maps are available to purchase for the following costs:

  • Local Plan Part 1 (February 2018) document & set of adopted policies maps - £57.80 (plus postage and packaging)
  • Set of adopted policies maps only - £32.70 (plus postage and packaging)
  • Local Plan Part 2 document (no maps included ) - £20.00
