Annual voter registration form

About the annual voter registration form

Every year a new electoral register is published based on the details of who is living in your property on 15 October.  If you are not on the Electoral Register or don't confirm your details soon you may not be able to vote at any elections.

You should receive your annual voter registration form in early September each year.

Details on the form correct?

If there are no changes to the voter registration form, please reply as soon as you can.  You can do this in a number of ways:

  • Freephone: 0800 1975832 (24 hours).  This is an automated service which requires you to use the keypad on your phone in reply to the questions asked.   You will need the security codes on your form to use the automated service.

Please note this service operates during the registration process between September and 30 November each year.

You can also hand in or post the completed form in the reply paid envelope.  Please ensure you sign and date the form.
